Good News! – the seven appeals heard by the appeals committee of the Tshwane Council on 20 August 2008 has ALL BEEN APPROVED! These include the following areas:
a. Ganges and Maxwell Roads in Claudius
b. Ridgeview, Brosdoring, Wildebeest, Rooibok and Louis in Waterkloof Ridge x2
c. Korannaberg, Nondela, Driekoppen, Pigg’s Peak in Waterkloof Heights x3
d. Alcade, Blanton , Delaware , Elveram, Floresta, Iilky and Impy in Lynnwood Glen
e. Farmers Folley and The Ring in Lynnwood
f. Rutgers, Verdi, Kariega, Kango, Kasuka, Suzette, and rest in Moreletta Kloof Estate
g. Darlington, Charbury, Constable and Lindfield Roads in Lynnwood Manor
These areas will receive their letters with guidelines from Council in due course. Council will now advertise for comments and will let us know when the other 6 of the 13 on appeal will be heard.
DA representatives on the Appeals Committee are: Adv. Kate Prinsloo, Mr. Lot Mothabedi, Prof. Duncan Baker and Mr. Janho Engelbrecht.
